Job Description

State of Florida agency is looking for an ON-SITE PMP Certified Data Warehouse Project Manager.

On-site mandatory in Tallahassee, FL

Anticipated Start Date: May 1, 2025

Anticipated End Date: June 30, 2026

Responsibilities

• PMP Certification from PMI (include Certificate #)

• Experience managing IT projects over the last 5 years

• Successfully managed the delivery of data warehouse projects over the last 5 years

• Managed large-scale vendor-based system implementations.

Qualifications

1. Knowledge of / Experience with implementation of cloud-based data warehousing concepts
2. Experience with managing development of a customer-facing application project
3. Knowledge of / Experience with Snowflake Data Lake/warehouse
4. Knowledge of / Experience in change management process and procedures (internal staff through external customer base). This would include enterprise and public communication / training planning and management
5. Experience integrating waterfall and agile project management methodologies
6. Knowledge of project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
7. Knowledge of the Florida Information Technology Project Management and Oversight Standards - Rules 60GG-1.001 through 60GG-1.009, F.A.C.
8. Knowledge of ISO / IEC 20000 Information Technology Service Management
9. Knowledge of MS Office Suite, MS-Project
10. Knowledge of Microfocus PPM
11. Knowledge of Microsoft Azure DevOps (ADO)
12. Knowledge of JIRA

Required Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Project Management for the PTO Data warehouse project
2. Manage all aspects of the PTO Data warehouse project across the enterprise
3. Integration management, Time management, Quality management, Human Resource management, Communications and Organizational Change management, Risk management, Stakeholder management
4. Managing the project(s) in accordance with the requirements the Florida Information Technology Project Management and Oversight Standards - Rules 60GG-1.001 through 60GG-1.009, F.A.C. Providing all documentation required.
