Job Summary:
We are seeking a sophisticated and service-driven Personal Shopping Assistant to join our prestigious luxury department store team. This role is pivotal in providing an unparalleled shopping experience for our discerning clientele. The ideal candidate must have a passion for luxury fashion, a deep knowledge of the brands carried at Hirshleifer’s, and experience working in a high-end retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the Personal Shopper in curating tailored wardrobes and selections for clients, ensuring a bespoke and personalized shopping experience.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of luxury brands, trends, and the exclusive collections offered at Hirshleifer’s.
• Support in preparing for client appointments, including researching client preferences, organizing merchandise, and creating a welcoming environment.
• Provide seamless customer service, addressing client needs promptly and professionally.
• Assist with inventory management, ensuring all items are meticulously organized and presented.
• Build and nurture relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Collaborate with other departments to secure specific pieces or fulfill special client requests.
• Stay informed about new arrivals, seasonal trends, and special events within the store.
• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing client profiles, and processing transactions.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in luxury fashion, personal shopping, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of the brands and designers carried at Hirshleifer’s (e.g., Chanel, Balenciaga, Saint Laurent, The Row, etc.).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining a polished and professional demeanor.
• A keen eye for style and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in inventory management systems and client relationship management software is a plus.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Must be proficient in Excel, Word and Canva.
