Job Description

CornerStone Technology Talent Services (TTS) is looking for a Specialist, Oracle Security to join our IT Security team. This role is ideal for a security expert with experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Security across ERP, SCM, HCM, and EPM . If you have a strong background in user provisioning, role design, security configurations, and system integrity, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Administer and oversee user provisioning in Oracle FIN, SCM, HCM, and EPM environments.
• Design and modify functional and technical security roles to align with business needs.
• Configure security profiles, user groups, and auto-provisioning rules to ensure appropriate access controls.
• Provide support for both production and development environments, ensuring compliance with security best practices.
• Lead analysis and testing efforts related to quarterly system updates.
• Partner with the OCI team to design and implement security roles for IDCS/PaaS applications.
• Leverage Oracle page composer to modify UI security settings and enhance user access control.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Oracle Fusion Security, with deep knowledge of Oracle FIN, HCM, SCM, and EPM security configurations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess security risks and develop scalable solutions.
• Minimum of six years of experience as a functional or technical Oracle security specialist.
• Technical and functional security knowledge, including industry best practices, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and translate complex security needs into business-friendly solutions.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience in full-cycle Oracle Fusion implementation projects is a plus.
