Job Description

Our client is looking for an experienced Pharmacy Manager to join an existing team based just south of Seattle. Due to the nature of this role, you’ll be working off-shifts (M-F), but able to set your own schedule. Typical production times run 10pm – 10am.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production of radionuclides
• Small molecule experience
• Manage the preparation and testing of radiopharmaceuticals
• Maintain inventory Manage P&L
• Supervises employees
• Manage compliance with all regulatory committee
• Manage performance of aseptic techniques, including sterility test and pyrogen testing
• Manage performance of QC procedures using analytical equipment and chemical tests
• Oversee preparation and shipment of radioactive material
• Provide personnel training and staff development

Experience

• Must be a licensed Pharmacist
• Pharmacy management experience
• Nuclear experience preferred (needs to have some nuclear knowledge experie
• Lab management experience
• Management of multiple employee
• Ability to work nights

Compensation and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $150,000 - $200, 000 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Benefits include medical, dental and vision insurance, 15% annual bonus plan, 100% matching 401K up to 6% of annual base pay, 20 days of paid time off as well as 5 floating holidays.
