Mission Planner/Mission Scheduler to support the scheduling, planning, and execution of orbital missions.
About the job: - This role is integral to ensuring mission success through strategic planning and scheduling of mission resources. The Mission Planner/Scheduler will work across teams to align capabilities, payload needs, and orbital mechanics with customer and mission objectives.
Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain end-to-end mission timelines, plans, and constraint-based schedules for space operations.
- Collaborate with customers and end-users to define mission requirements and operational concepts.
- Integrate payload and spacecraft operations plans into mission execution timelines.
- Use mission planning and simulation tools.
- Work is primarily performed in secure, classified environments.
- May require shift work, on-call availability, or surge support during high-tempo operations.
About you: - Minimum 3-5 years of experience in intelligence operations, ISR planning, or support to military or IC missions.
- Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly (or ability to obtain).
- Working knowledge of the full intelligence cycle: Requirements, Collection, Processing, Exploitation, Analysis, and Dissemination.
- Familiarity with DOD/IC ISR planning tools and databases.
- Experience collaborating across IC agencies, Combatant Commands (CCMDs), or Special Operations Forces (SOF).
Preferred Skills: - Experience supporting NGA, NSA, NRO, DIA, or Joint/Service Intelligence Centers.
- Expertise in space-based ISR planning and cross-domain integration.
- Prior military intelligence, collection manager, or intelligence planner background.

Salary Range: $85,000 - $150,000 Grey Matters Defense Solutions offer a comprehensive benefits package including
