NOW HIRING! Metal Building Industry PEMB DRAFTER / DETAILER Are you a detail-driven drafting professional with strong experience in PEMB systems and a passion for precision? What You’ll Do: Draft and model pre-engineered metal buildings using MBS , Tekla , and AutoCAD Produce accurate approval and permit drawings for complex commercial projects Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, drafting leads, and other departments Mentor junior drafters and contribute to continuous improvement Ensure building functionality, code compliance, and error-free design What You Bring: ~2+ years of MBS experience ~3+ years of AutoCAD and Tekla (or similar 3D modeling) ~ Solid understanding of architectural specs and PEMB construction ~ Proficiency with Microsoft Office, ClickUp, and Google Suite ~ A mindset of ownership, accuracy, and teamwork Why It’s Worth a Conversation: Supportive, values-driven culture that celebrates growth and teamwork In-person collaboration with highly skilled professionals (no remote) Leadership that genuinely invests in mentoring and development Competitive compensation and full benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match) Location: On-Site | Missouri or Oklahoma | No Remote Work JobXSite, Inc. is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
