Technical Project Manager – Enterprise Systems

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Project Manager to lead the implementation and optimization of enterprise systems, previous in ERP, SAP, and/or MES. This role covers full-cycle project execution, from system rollout and integration to driving innovation for operational efficiency and business transformation, this is for a semiconductor R&D manufacturing lab.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end implementation and optimization of enterprise systems (ERP, SAP, MES), ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, IT, and engineering, to align project objectives with business goals.
• Ensure seamless integration between enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, MES, SCADA) to meet manufacturing and R&D requirements.
• Manage project teams, resolve roadblocks, and provide strategic guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee system releases, manage post-deployment support, and handle user ticket resolution.
• Enable real-time data collection and reporting to support operational decision-making and efficiency improvements.
• Identify and resolve technical challenges while refining processes and enhancing workflows for optimal system utilization.
• Drive innovation by identifying opportunities for improved system architecture and workflow optimization.
• Conduct training sessions to support adoption by business stakeholders and end-users.

Required:

• Proven experience managing large-scale, complex enterprise system projects, with at least 3+ years in ERP, SAP, or MES implementations in manufacturing environments.
• Strong familiarity with enterprise platforms such as SAP (ECC, S/4HANA), MES solutions (e.g., Camstar, SIMATIC IT, 300Works, Apriso), and ERP systems.
• Experience integrating enterprise systems with MES, ERP, SCADA, and PLM solutions.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira) and methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
• Strong expertise in business process mapping and developing effective technical solutions.
• Proven ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and drive projects to successful completion.

Preferred:

• Knowledge of SECS/GEM standards and factory automation within semiconductor manufacturing.
• Familiarity with R&D labs, manufacturing environments, or semiconductor fabs.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
