Mechanical Assembly

Location: Denver, CO

Shift: 1st Shift

Pay: $25-$35/hr DOE

Position Overview:

Industrial Talent Group is seeking a skilled Mechanical Assembly to join our team. This role involves assembling, building, and installing custom OEM equipment while ensuring quality and precision. The ideal candidate will have experience interpreting mechanical drawings and schematics, working with BOMs, and using hand and power tools to complete complex mechanical assemblies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret mechanical drawings (SolidWorks or equivalent) and schematics.
• Assemble and install custom OEM equipment according to specifications.
• Work with Bills of Materials (BOMs) to ensure accurate assembly.
• Use hand and power tools (must provide own tools) to complete mechanical builds.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot and refine assemblies.
• Maintain organization and accuracy in documentation using Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Windows).
• Travel 2-3 weeks per year for equipment installation (all expenses paid).

Qualifications:

• Experience with mechanical assembly in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting SolidWorks drawings or similar CAD packages.
• Basic understanding of schematics and electrical wiring.
• Strong understanding of pneumatic systems.
• Ability to work with BOMs and follow structured assembly instructions.
• Skilled in using hand and power tools (must own a set of tools).
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Windows-based systems.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed and travel for installation projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Industrial Machining or Custom equipment assembly.
• Familiarity with industrial automation or machinery installation.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical and pneumatic systems.
