Working Hours: 7am -3:30pm, but there is expected 10-15 hours of overtime required. During the week until 5:30pm. And weekend 7am -3:30pm.
Performs a wide variety of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations on assemblies or sub-assemblies. Determines and/or follows methods and sequence of operations in performing wiring, component installation, hand soldering and cable harnessing on assembly units. Makes setups and adjustments holding tolerances to blueprint specifications. Typically requires a minimum of 4 - 6 years of related experience.
Lifting Requirement: 50 lbs.
Assembling electromechanical cabinets and sub-assemblies
3D model interpretations with strong problem-solving skills. Lots of micro problems – needs to analyze models and solve problems as they go along
Deal w/ PVC Teflon and other plastic tubing
Pneumatic/ pumps / valves/ drivers
Schematics/ blueprint reading
PCB assembly will no have the relevant experience for this role.
Needs to be familiar with Microsoft Suite
Past careers with success in the role – HVAC experience/ automotive experience in hydraulics (industrial automotive) Anything with hydraulic systems like CAT, Booms, construction type equipment that use hydraulics. For ex: Military Mechanical experience working on tanks and transport type vehicles.
