Now Hiring: Apartment Maintenance Make-Ready Technician
Pay: $18.00 – $21.50/hr (Based on Experience & Certifications)
Location: 85042 Phoenix, AZ
Schedule: Monday – Friday, Full-Time
Are you a hands-on professional who takes pride in readying apartments for new residents? We’re looking for a reliable and experienced Make-Ready Technician to join our property management team! If you’ve got a solid maintenance background and a sharp eye for detail, we want to connect with you.
Turn vacant units into move-in ready homes with quality repairs and finishing touches
Handle minor electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work with efficiency
Ensure each apartment meets our high standards before new residents arrive
Keep workspaces clean, organized, and safe
Assist with general maintenance duties across the property as needed
Minimum 6 months of experience in maintenance (residential or commercial)
Basic tools and knowledge of general repairs
HVAC certification is a plus, but not required
Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
Positive attitude and ability to work well independently and on a team
