Freshco, LLC, founded in 1996, produces premium juice for Indian River Select as well as other certified organic juice customers.

POSITION SUMMARY

Experience Maintenance Mechanic repairing juice process & packaging equipment.

Typical Work Schedule: Varies based on departmental needs; Evenings/Nights/Weekends required.

Compensation: $D.O.E/hr. + Benefits, Target Annual Bonus and Paid Time Off.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Repair of juice process & packaging equipment.

· Conduct repetitive maintenance.

· Monitor wastewater activities and maintain chemicals.

· Monitor boiler activities and maintain chemicals.

· Monitor refrigeration system and maintain chemicals.

· Departmental cleaning duties.

· All other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must have previous maintenance mechanic experience.
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule.
• Clear communication is extremely important: proficiency in the English language.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Physical demands: While performing duties of job, incumbent is occasionally required to stand for full shift; walk; sit; use hands, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. Employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
• Work environment: Non A/C work area, the noise level is usually moderate
