Position Overview:

Seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney with 3-5 years of experience to join their team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on trial experience and a background in either plaintiff or defense work. This is an in-office position, providing an opportunity to manage a diverse caseload of commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all aspects of general liability litigation cases, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to develop case strategies.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, including trials, hearings, and depositions.
• Collaborate with clients, opposing counsel, and expert witnesses.
• Negotiate settlements and manage client expectations effectively.
• Maintain detailed case files and ensure deadlines are met.
• Work closely with partners and other attorneys to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar and in good standing.
• A minimum of 4 years of litigation experience, with trial exposure.
• Strong background in commercial litigation; plaintiff or defense experience considered.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• A proactive, self-motivated approach to work with the ability to thrive in a team environment.
