Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Lead Line Cook at Pacchioni’s in Orlando, FL. The Lead Line Cook will be responsible for overseeing food preparation, managing kitchen operations, ensuring food quality and safety standards, and collaborating with the culinary team to create innovative dishes.

Qualifications

• Culinary skills such as food preparation, cooking techniques, and food presentation
• Experience in kitchen management and leading a culinary team
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-volume production
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Creativity and passion for creating unique and flavorful dishes
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Proven experience in a similar culinary role
