Overview:
We are seeking an experienced IT Tax Consultant to join our team for an exciting 6+ month remote project. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in implementing indirect tax systems and Oracle ERP configurations. If you have experience with Onesource Tax Platform and international tax configurations, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement indirect tax systems, particularly Onesource Cloud (or similar platforms such as GTD, CorpTax, Vertex, or Avalara).
- Configure Oracle Cloud ERP, with an emphasis on RAPID configurations and tax setup.
- Utilize SQL to support tax-related configurations and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and proper tax handling across systems.
- Provide expertise on international tax configurations, including the configuration of Onesource for international tax needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to tax setups in the Oracle Cloud ERP.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with Onesource Tax Platform, particularly in configuring international tax.
- Strong technical knowledge and experience with Oracle ERP, preferably Oracle 11i or R12.
- Familiarity with Oracle Cloud (RAPID) configurations.
- Proficiency with SQL.
- Experience implementing ERP solutions, with a strong focus on tax configuration.
- Ability to understand and configure various types of taxes in Oracle Cloud ERP.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience with other indirect tax platforms such as GTD, CorpTax, Vertex, or Avalara is a plus.
- Experience working with international tax regulations and systems.
