Job Description

This is a dual-role opportunity that begins with hands-on warehouse operations and evolves into support role within our Customer Care Team. For the first three months, you will focus on Warehouse Control , ensuring efficient product flow between two closely located facilities (approximately 500 feet apart). You'll help manage incoming inventory and organize product allocation to optimize efficiency and accuracy.

After the initial onboarding period, you'll transition to the Customer Care and Admin Support Specialist role-where you'll support daily customer service functions, internal teams, and inside sales accounts. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and excited to grow within a mission-driven wellness company.

Phase 1 - Warehouse Control (First 3 Months):

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize incoming product shipments
  • Allocate inventory to appropriate locations across two warehouses (500 feet apart)
  • Coordinate stock movement between facilities to meet fulfillment and storage needs
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper labeling and storage
  • Communicate with internal teams to prioritize space and stock planning
  • Support general warehouse upkeep and organization

Phase 2 - Customer Care and Admin Support:

Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service via phone and email
  • Process purchase orders quickly and accurately
  • Troubleshoot customer concerns using strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Assist customers and sales representatives in planning product displays
  • Maintain accurate and organized customer records
  • Build relationships with inside sales accounts-no cold calling, just genuine follow-up
  • Support the excitement and adoption of new product launches
  • Prepare and process payments and deposits for the accounting team
  • Continually grow your knowledge of our products and the natural wellness industry

Requirements:

  • Customer Service Excellence: A passion for delivering positive customer experiences and taking initiative to go above and beyond - office experience ids highly preferred (delivery customer service via phone and email)
  • Physical Agility (Warehouse Phase): Ability to move between two warehouse locations (500 feet apart), lift and organize products, and do warehouse control / inventory / stocking
  • Time Management: Skilled in prioritizing tasks across departments (Customer Care, Admin, Sales)
  • Team-Oriented: A collaborative mindset, ready to support coworkers and shared goals
  • Clerical Skills: Organized and detail-oriented in handling records and administrative procedures

Additional Info:

  • Pay rate: $21-22/hr + eligibility to earn a monthly bonus (around $150)
  • Schedule: 8am- 4:30 pm M-F
  • Location : 100% in office (Golden Valley)
  • Type : Contract to hire or direct hire; they are open to both hiring models!
