We are looking for a Install Coordinator in our Anaheim location

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers via telephone & email
  • Assist with customer questions, concerns & escalate to appropriate staff
  • Provide support to install technicians while in the field
  • Arrange Delivery & Return of Rental Equipment
  • Maintain Sage(ERP) & Salesforce project files
  • Submit documents needed for technician site badging
  • Scanning of certificates and files into proper folders
  • Create/Update Work Orders
  • Schedule & call off load testing equipment
  • Review Timecards

Required Skills/Abilities

  • Excellent communication skills including active listening
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances.
  • Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
  • Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.
  • Extremely organized, self-starter
  • Microsoft 365 proficient (Must)
  • SAGE 100 or equivalent ERP experience (Preferred)

Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Customer service experience required.

Work Environment

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.

Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position; typical work hours and days are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.
