Inside Sales and Marketing Associate Location Remote in New York, NY :

The Inside Sales and Marketing Representative is responsible for delivering commercial growth for an innovative digital portfolio of new offerings that use machine learning and AI technology to improve clinical outcomes. Beckman Coulter is looking for a passionate and ambitious associate to join us in this cutting-edge digital healthcare transformation journey; someone who is driven by our strong sense of purpose to improve patient health.

The focus of this position is on lead prospecting and qualification, and sales can be made through multichannel, inbound and/or outbound sales activities. Additionally, this position will support downstream marketing efforts with respect to trade shows, webinars, digital communication and live speaking engagements.

This position is part of the Sales organization for CDS Solutions and will collaborate with a cross-functional commercial team to exceed sales goals and deliver in commercial strategies. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Demonstrate effective selling skills and product understanding to uncover customer needs to position an appropriate Clinical Decision Support solution.
  • Build in-depth knowledge of CRM and funnel management tools and applies these skills consistently to qualify customer opportunities, build opportunity pipeline, and make business decisions.
  • Effectively coordinate with outside field sales representatives to assist in driving revenue growth for our Clinical Decision Support tools.
  • Execute targeted marketing campaigns to create new business opportunities, grow existing opportunities, and help retain our current customer base.
  • Execute out-bound cold calling initiatives: Conduct targeted outreach to generate demand and drive additional growth.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of related healthcare sales experience, preferably in healthcare capital equipment, medical devices or healthcare IT products.
  • 40% travel required including tradeshows, customer visits, team meetings, and national sales meeting.
  • Experience working in cross-functional environments and collaborating with Marketing, Sales, Service etc.
  • Excellent selling/presentation skills, tenacity demonstrated through successful cold calling experience.

The salary range for this role is $65,000 - $68,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for incentive pay. Incentive pay is uncapped.
