Location:  Remote in Wisconsin (firm based in McFarland)

Job Type:  Contract (1099)

Compensation:  Commission-Based | Earning Potential: $60,000–$150,000+/year

We’re building a team of  independent business coaches across Wisconsin  who are ready to grow their own coaching practice, powered by the world’s #1 business coaching system:  ActionCOACH . We will be modeled like a top real estate team focused on  impact, income, and freedom .

You’ll sell and deliver proven coaching programs to business owners and leaders, supported by our local team, global tools, and done-for-you systems.  Think : autonomy meets world-class infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Sell coaching services through networking, presentations, and referrals
• Coach clients using ActionCOACH’s 6-Step Business Framework
• Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions
• Participate in business development, local events, and workshops
• Track and celebrate client wins - real transformation is the goal!

Sales Is the Engine

This is a  sales-first  role. You’ll have access to leads, scripts, and support. Expect to spend 40–50% of your time generating revenue and growing your client base. Love the hunt? You'll love the rewards.
