THIS IS A 2nd SHIFT JOB TUESDAY - SATURDAY OFF SUNDAYS AND MONDAYS

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to join our team. This role is pivotal in supporting various HR functions, including payroll, accounts payable, and new hire orientation. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented and organized.

Responsibilities

• audit payroll files
• ensure time sheets are accurate
• Daily HR administrative functions.
• Assist with new hire orientation.
• Process new hire paperwork.
• Maintain employee records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
• Provide administrative support for HR initiatives, including recruitment, onboarding, and training.

Experience

• Proven experience in a human resources or administrative role.
• Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact professionally with employees at all levels.
• Attention to detail is critical for maintaining accurate records and documentation.
