A leading proprietary trading firm specializing in high-frequency and algorithmic trading across global financial markets are seeking a High-Performance Systems Engineer to design, optimize, and maintain the low-latency trading infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and optimize high-performance, low-latency trading infrastructure.
• Analyze and enhance system performance, ensuring optimal resource utilization.
• Collaborate with software engineers to develop and deploy efficient, scalable solutions.
• Fine-tune operating systems, kernel configurations, and network stacks for ultra-low latency.
• Implement real-time monitoring, diagnostics, and failure recovery strategies.
• Research and integrate cutting-edge hardware and software solutions to improve performance.
• Automate infrastructure deployment and configuration management.

Key Requirements:

• Strong expertise in Linux systems programming, kernel tuning, and networking (TCP/IP, UDP, multicast, RDMA).
• Deep understanding of performance profiling, debugging, and optimizations at the system level.
• Experience with Python.
• Proven track record of working with ultra-low latency, high-throughput systems.
• Experience in high-frequency trading, market making, or similar domains is highly desirable.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a high-pressure, dynamic environment.
