Job Title: General Labor

Pay Rate: $16.50/hr.

Shift: 1st, 6AM-6PM, 2nd shift 6PM-6AM

Job Summary:

We are currently hiring General Labor Workers for a leading pistachio processing facility in Terra Bella, CA. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced environment with growth potential. Candidates must be reliable, flexible with their schedule, and ready to work in a physically demanding setting.

Responsibilities:

• Perform various labor tasks such as sorting, packing, and cleaning pistachios
• Assist with the loading and unloading of product
• Operate machinery and equipment as trained
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

• Must be open to working overtime and weekends
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Willingness to work in a loud, fast-paced, and dusty environment
• Lockout/Tagout experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Must be dependable and punctual

Work Environment:

This role is in a production/warehouse setting with exposure to noise, machinery, and seasonal temperature changes. PPE will be provided as needed.
