Welcome to the Pranava Massage and Wellness Community!

We are the official Massage Therapists of Denver University Men's Soccer, Men's Hockey, Women's Basketball, Men's Basketball, Women's Gymnastics & Women's Lacrosse Teams.

We are hiring a FULL TIME EXPERIENCED LMT for our 5 Star Spa in RiNo Art District. Why is the position available? Landon & Sarah are expecting this August 2025. And, Landon will be pulling back to spend more time with our growing little family.

Established in 2020, our community of members and clients drive from all over Colorado to experience an authentic approach to the craft. Warm, genuine, and in an absolute vibe of a sanctuary.

We are calling in YOU if you embody the following:

• Authentic, warm, & dedicated to the craft
• MUST have at least 2 years experience in full time massage and/or spa work
• MUST be actively practicing
• MUST have reliable transportation
• MUST have current CO license
• Has room to be coached & mentored by deeply caring, highly experienced & committed leaders of the Pranava Massage brand
• Loyal, hard working & values a disciplined life
• Thoroughly exudes the “WOW” factor in service, & sales. IYKYK
• Able to extend the heart of our brand while embodying what makes you, YOU!
• Takes pride in your physical instrument, and understands the importance / value of the practices of peace of mind
• Passionate about staying a student of the craft, while continuing to self invest in credentials & education
• SUPERIOR communication skills. We are a texting company and communicate via text during business hours for updates and check-ins. We do not have a full time Host/Hostess, and clear communication between our team and clients is an essential part of this position.

LMT position:

Days we need immediately:

Tuesday (11:45am - 7pm)

Thursday (11:45am - 7pm)

Sunday (10am - 5pm)

Optional 4th day beginning in August 2025**

FOUR APPOINTMENTS MAX DAILY***

• $90 flat rate per 90 minute member session (Service rates in spa are "flat rates" - no gratuity accepted)
• $120 flat rate per 90 minute non-member session
• $180 flat rate for 3 hour service for member session (two 80 minute sessions, that includes a 15 minute break in between)
• $240 flat rate for 3 hour service for non-member session (two 80 minute sessions, that includes a 15 minute break in between)

• + $10 incentive for 1,000mg CBD total body application sold.
• Commission for retail sold
• 20 minutes between clients. 30 Minute lunch.
• LMTs do their OWN checkouts & re-bookings after each session via Mindbody/Booker + Square platforms.
• Lotions, holsters provided. (NO outside lotions allowed)
• Attire: Brand approved pants + option to wear approved attire up top: no logos, no imagery, no stained, no torso or cleavage showing attire please. Each LMT will wear a “PM” gold pin on shirt. Single colored BANGS shoes.
• You do NOT work on your birthday, EVER. We pay you to enjoy your day!
• We will be closed Dec 23-28 each year. We believe in being with family & loved ones during this special time. Christmas bonus awaits!
• Please NO smoke aroma of ANY kind is tolerated. We do NOT allow self promotion or sharing of personal social media / numbers at anytime.

Co-Leaders Landon & Sarah Gallant founded Pranava Massage September 2020 in the Highlands. The safe adaptation during the global pandemic is now part of our story! We expanded to our current location in August 2021, and we are happily growing in the heart of the RiNo Art District.

Pranava Massage is a culmination of many years of philanthropy, credentialed based self investments, 20+ years spa / holistic health field experience, and truly understanding the art of the “WOW” factor. We are a membership based community that offers several lovely incentives.

All our in house products (linens, etc.) are organic, bamboo fiber, paraben free, soy free & cruelty free. We use organic, paraben free, soy free, gluten free lotions. We do NOT allow personal and / or client outside lotions and / or oils. We specialize in 1,000mg (isolate) CBD total body application. We have partnered with a local CBD company that provides us with organic essential oil based lotion. We do NOT carry any THC products. Nor, do we allow THC products (this includes VAPE pens) or ANY SMOKE AROMA OF ANY KIND to be brought into our business.

We have a 2 seater infrared + chromotherapy sauna & full red light therapy room. LMTs can make additional income when this books on days you are scheduled.

Two chandeliers drop down into the expanded treatment room. Treatment room has a Marshall speaker, hot towels, cryo towels, Himalayan hot stones, heated lotion, Theraguns, Thai tools, organic sheets, and bamboo fiber blankets.

Treatment room features walls lined with hanging electric candlesticks, lit faux plants, and two comfortable velvet Bordeaux check-in chairs.
