We’re a fast-moving startup reimagining how real estate transactions get done. Our platform brings together all transaction stakeholders—buyers, sellers, agents, attorneys, and mortgage professionals—into one seamless, collaborative experience from offer to close.

We're building from the ground up and are looking for a Full-Stack Developer to join as our first full-time technical hires. You'll play a key role in building the core product and shaping our engineering culture.

• Develop and maintain front-end features using React and TypeScript
• Build robust, scalable and secure back-end APIs and services using Laravel
• Design and optimize PostgreSQL database schemas and queries
• Collaborate closely with product and design teams to implement new features
• Help implement best practices for DevOps and CI/CD pipelines, including automated testing for critical features and functionality 
• Manage and maintain development, staging, and production environments on Heroku
• Solve challenging problems while maintaining high code quality
• Prioritize and deliver quality products on a rapidly evolving startup team

• Front-End: React, TypeScript, Redux or equivalent
• Back-End: Laravel (PHP 8+), REST APIs, third-party service API integrations using OAuth and webhooks
• Database: PostgreSQL
• DevOps: Heroku / AWS (we’re flexible and evolving)
• Tools: GitHub, Figma, Slack, Jira

• 3+ years of full-stack development experience
• Strong proficiency in React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript
• Deep experience with Laravel and building secure APIs
• Strong experience working with PostgreSQL , MySQL or other relational databases
• Experience working with Heroku, AWS and/or similar cloud-based services
• Proven ability to build and ship products to meet critical business milestones 
• Comfortable operating on a Lean Agile startup team where priorities can and do shift quickly and where both quality and speed matter
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Experience working in real estate, legal tech, or document-driven platforms
• Familiarity with document management, e-signature tools, or workflow automation
• Experience with Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS or other utility-first CSS frameworks
