Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist
Overview:
Exxir seeks a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our dynamic team at the Exxir Office. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, representing our company with a welcoming demeanor and exceptional customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Greet and welcome guests, employees, and visitors in a courteous and friendly manner.
2. Answer incoming calls, transfer calls to appropriate individuals, and take accurate messages when necessary.
3. Manage the reception area, ensuring it is always clean, organized, and presentable.
4. Assist in scheduling appointments and conference room bookings for meetings.
5. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
6. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
7. Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and photocopying.
8. Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
- Previous experience at a front desk or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude and professionalism under pressure.
