Bridgepoint Maintenance is actively seeking a dedicated individual to join our Flooring department, in the Grand Rapids area. This role will be instrumental in supporting our maintenance department to uphold high standards in maintaining a beautiful and secure environment. Responsibilities

• Experience installing all types of flooring, carpet, vinyl, hardwood and tile
• Must be able to work politely with senior residents
• Assumes responsibility for installation quality and correctness, and cost effectiveness on all jobs
• Ability to complete repairs
• Timely completion of installing flooring
• Keep the maintenance supervisor informed of any issues or occurrences and to seek guidance and support from the supervisor but must be able to perform duties under minimal supervision

Requirements

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs
• Must be able to travel to job site in own vehicle
• Traveling a distance is possible, requiring an overnight stay
