Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the FP&A Analyst will support the Finance department. You will be responsible for budgeting and forecasting the major revenue and expense areas of Finalsite’s P&L, as well as other revenue/expenses as needed. Fundamentally, you will be expected to be a subject-matter expert on these major revenue/expense areas, while developing partnerships with the operational leaders and teams. In addition, you will play a key role in tracking acquisition synergies and providing other acquisition support, as needed.

Coordinates the budgeting and forecasting process
Maintains forecast models, including revenue and expense forecasting
Excellent modeling skills and ability to perform complex analyses with big data sets
Develop annual bottoms-up budget for revenue and expense areas and create necessary reporting
Provides other acquisition support
Build strong relationships across functions within the company and maintain an open flow of communication to build deep knowledge of current events in the business
Other analytical projects as assigned
Participates in training as required
A Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is required. An advanced degree (MA/MBA) is preferred.
Financial systems experience is preferred (NetSuite)
SaaS industry experience preferred.
Comfortable working with / building models
Excellent written and oral communication skills required
Ability to work remotely with access to a stable high-speed internet connection
Ability to work effectively with others in a team environment
Ability to perform multiple tasks and prioritize as needed
Strong quantitative skills and attention to detail required
The right candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter with a results-oriented approach
Must be able to demonstrate proficiency with Excel
