SearchTower is conducting an exclusive search for a Registered Investment Advisory Firm in Eastern PA. Our client is looking for an experienced Financial Advisor (Salary Based + Bonus) with at least 5 years of experience to support their current book of business through the continued growth of client relationships and revenue.

The Financial Advisor would be responsible for delivering exceptional client service to existing accounts but also be involved in developing financial plans and other financial strategies based on client’s needs. This position will expect to provide advanced knowledge of personal financial matters, which includes the fundamentals of investment and insurance portfolio reviews, in order to serve and grow the client base.

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or Financial Planning.

• Professional designation or advanced degree such as CFP®, CFA®, MBA, etc.
• Registered with FINRA Series 7 and 66 or 63/65 licenses.
• Tax planning and 1040 preparation experience, a plus.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience working in financial services, preferably at an RIA or brokerage firm
• Strong interest or experience in personal wealth management and financial planning.
• Experience working directly with clients and comfortable being part of a client servicing organization.
• The ability to multitask and work on numerous projects simultaneously. A proven track record of accomplishment is required.
• Excellent technological skills, including Microsoft Office, strongly emphasizing Excel.
• Experience working with CRM software (Tamarac experience is preferred)
• Desire to work for a mid-sized, privately owned company that is in the process of expanding.
• Energetic and eager to learn from a group of expert advisors and tenured staff members.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work and resolve issues independently.
• Clean criminal record and subject to FINRA fingerprinting and registration.
