Team-Sponsored Launch (TSL) can help provide stability of income and the ability to focus on learning and development together with production. This model can accommodate candidates seeking their first opportunity as well as current financial advisors or career changers, with the goal of joining the team as a traditional financial advisor within three months to three years.

Requirements to enter into and maintain a contract
•Attainment of FINRA SIE.
•State LHA Licenses.
•Series 7 and 66 (or 7, 63 and 65).
•Satisfactory background check, fingerprinting and securities registration and/or insurance licensing verification, if applicable.
