The firm is seeking a Director of Finance/SVP to oversee a new open-ended fund investment strategy, working closely with Senior leadership team to drive the opening of this new product and ongoing management. This hire can be based in either Philadelphia or NYC.
Specifically, seeking a Director with a CPA (or equivalent) profile, with a strong background in SEC regulated vehicles. Those who have managed tender offer or interval fund structures highly preferred.
