About the Role

We are seeking an Experienced Family Law Attorney with a minimum of 3+ years of focused family law experience . This in-office role offers the chance to work on meaningful cases, from divorce to child custody and spousal support, while building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

As part of our team, you will:

• Lead Complex Cases: Manage and oversee family law matters, including divorce, custody disputes, spousal support, and equitable property division.
• Advocate with Impact: Represent clients with professionalism and compassion in court, mediation, and negotiation settings.
• Deliver Excellence: Draft, review, and finalize legal documents with precision, ensuring the best possible outcomes for your clients.
• Build Trust: Provide empathetic, client-centered legal counsel to individuals navigating sensitive family law issues.

Who We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you must possess:

• Education: A Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Bar Membership: Active membership with the New York State Bar.
• Experience: A minimum of 3 years of family law experience. Applications without relevant family law experience will not be considered.
• Soft Skills: A passion for learning, exceptional interpersonal communication, and a commitment to delivering outstanding results.
