What You Will Do

• Partner with our Board to develop and execute organizational vision and strategy
• Drive fundraising initiatives spanning grants, donor relationships, and new funding sources
• Build and inspire a mission-driven team focused on excellence and humanity
• Oversee all aspects of operations to ensure programmatic impact and financial sustainability
• Serve as our primary spokesperson and relationship builder with key stakeholders
• Lead infrastructure planning to support strategic growth
• Foster a culture of empowerment, accountability, and continuous improvement

Ideal Candidate Profile

You are a hands-on leader who:

• Brings both strategic vision and operational excellence
• Leads by example and builds trust through transparency
• Balances accountability with empathy
• Excels at relationship-building across diverse stakeholders
• Demonstrates genuine commitment to community empowerment
• Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus!

Basic Requirements

• Master's degree in social work, public administration, nonprofit management, or related field (MPA or PhD preferred)
• 7+ years of proven success in nonprofit leadership roles
• Track record of securing and growing diverse funding streams
• Experience building strategic partnerships
• Ability to be onsite in Bronx, NY
