The executive assistant will be responsible for managing the schedule and communications for the Owners of Plantation Management Company, LLC. This includes handling personal tasks such as scheduling appointments, travel arrangements, organizational functions and financial management.
The qualified candidate’s attributes will include a high level of organizational skills. This detail – oriented, independent thinker, has the ability to be flexible with changes to scheduling and priorities, and the willingness and ability to go above and beyond to achieve goals and deadlines. The candidate will possess professional communication skills and maintain a professional appearance. Extreme punctuality and dependability are an absolute must. The ability to manage multiple tasks while effectively meeting tight deadlines is necessary.
