Summary:
A leading non-profit organization in the Grand Haven Area is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to join the team. This position provides high-level administrative support to the Leadership Team and Board of Trustees, including affiliated organizations. This role manages calendars, coordinates meetings and events, prepares and edits executive documents, maintains records and databases, and supports organizational operations. This is great opportunity for someone who wants to have a large impact on their local community and enjoys working in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
This is a contract-to-hire position. The starting pay is $25/hr for and then transitioning to a salaried position after ~520 hours worked. The pay range upon hire in is $55,000-$57,000 with great benefits.
