Job Description

IntePros is seeking an Event Project Manager to support tier-one events for a high-profile Generative AI Innovation Center. This contract role will play a key part in shaping the organization’s presence at major industry events—developing strategy, coordinating cross-functional teams, and managing end-to-end execution for high-visibility activations. The ideal candidate brings strong project management capabilities, excellent stakeholder coordination skills, and experience delivering compelling event content. This is a fast-paced, collaborative environment where communication, organization, and adaptability are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project management for tier-one event participation, including large-scale industry summits and conferences
• Develop and execute comprehensive event strategies to maximize business impact and audience engagement
• Coordinate across multiple stakeholders—marketing, business, technical, and creative—to ensure messaging alignment and execution readiness
• Lead weekly check-ins with stakeholders to track progress, resolve issues, and adjust plans as needed
• Manage content development for presentations, demos, and attendee-facing materials
• Oversee enablement programs that drive participation and engagement
• Conduct post-event analysis and develop reports capturing KPIs, lessons learned, and impact assessments

1. Events & Project Management – Experience managing end-to-end logistics and strategy for high-profile events, including timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder alignment

2. Stakeholder Management – Ability to coordinate across diverse teams, facilitate meetings, and drive accountability

3. Content & Presentation Development – Skilled in PowerPoint and related tools for building executive-facing and audience-focused event content

Skills & Experience Required

• 3+ years of professional experience in event planning, program management, or marketing project management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics for broad audiences
• Proven ability to operate independently in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
• Experience leading meetings and reporting status across cross-functional teams
• Comfort working with creative, business, and technical teams simultaneously
