Job Description

We are looking for a Brand Events Manager to take the lead in crafting unforgettable experiences that elevate our clients brand and deepen customer engagement.

Please note this is a 4 day on site position.

In this role, you’ll blend creativity with strategic execution, delivering dynamic events that align with our business objectives and reinforce our presence in the culinary space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Event Vision & Execution: Design and implement a robust event strategy that reflects brand and business priorities.
  • E-Commerce Integration: Seamlessly merge digital commerce with event experiences, bridging the gap between online and in-person engagement.
  • Virtual Experiences: Develop innovative virtual events that captivate a global audience and enhance e-commerce interactions.
  • Product Launches: Lead the planning and execution of product unveilings, ensuring each launch makes a strong market impact.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with marketing, PR, design, and e-commerce teams to ensure event initiatives align with company-wide strategies.
  • Vendor & Partner Coordination: Work alongside our experiential agency to source and manage vendors, suppliers, and other event partners.
  • Budget & ROI Management: Oversee event budgets, maximizing impact while ensuring cost-effectiveness and return on investment.
  • Attendee Engagement: Craft immersive event experiences that prioritize customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
  • Performance Analysis: Utilize data and analytics to measure event success, refining strategies for future initiatives.
  • Brand Alignment: Ensure every event reflects identity, values, and industry leadership in premium cookware.

What We Are Looking For:

  • 6+ years of industry experience.
  • Must be OK with 4 days on site.
  • A proven track record in event management, with experience integrating e-commerce.
  • Deep understanding of e-commerce trends and customer engagement strategies.
  • Strong project management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • A creative and strategic mindset, with the ability to think outside the box.
  • Familiarity with virtual event platforms and online engagement tools.
  • Willingness to travel for on-site events as needed.
