Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Epicor Financial Consultant to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Epicor ERP Financial modules, with specific experience in Multi-Currency and Multi-Company configurations. This role will focus on optimizing financial processes, providing system configuration support, and ensuring seamless integration across multi-entity operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, implement, and support Epicor Financial modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Financial Reporting.
• Manage Multi-Currency and Multi-Company setups, ensuring accurate financial consolidation and currency translation across entities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement enhancements tailored to business needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Epicor Financial processes and configurations.
• Provide training and documentation to end-users to enhance system adoption and efficiency.
• Perform system upgrades, patches, and testing to ensure compliance and functionality.
• Support month-end and year-end financial close processes within Epicor.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as an Epicor Financial Consultant or similar role.
• Proven expertise in Epicor ERP Financial modules, with hands-on experience in Multi-Currency and Multi-Company environments.
• Strong understanding of financial processes, including consolidations, intercompany transactions, and currency management.
• Proficiency in Epicor configuration, customization, and reporting tools (e.g., BAQ, BPM, SSRS).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Strong communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Epicor certification in Financial Management or related modules.
• Experience with Epicor Kinetic or Cloud-based deployments.
• Knowledge of SQL and Epicor data structures for advanced reporting.
• Background in accounting or finance (CPA or equivalent is a plus).

Work Schedule:

• 25 hours per week, flexible scheduling within business hours (to be coordinated with the team).
• Availability for occasional travel around 25% for critical issues or upgrades.
