Job Description :

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable EMT to join our team on a PRN (as-needed) basis. In this role, you will be responsible for performing in-home patient assessments, delivering emergency medical care, conducting various home tests, and providing patient monitoring. You will be required to travel to patient locations throughout Buffalo and Syracuse, NY so a valid driver's license and reliable transportation are essential. This is a flexible, on-demand position that allows you to make a direct impact on patient care in the community.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide high-quality emergency medical care to patients in home settings
• Conduct home testing, assessments, and patient monitoring as required
• Ensure the delivery of compassionate, personalized care tailored to each patient’s needs
• Travel to patient locations across Buffalo and Syracuse, NY.
• Maintain accurate records and reports of services provided
• Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care

Requirements :

• Current EMT certification
• Valid NY State Driver's License
• Reliable vehicle and ability to travel locally
• Ability to work independently and manage patient care in home settings
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care
