Job Description

We are recruiting an Email Marketing Manager for our client in Union, NJ. In this role, the Email Marketing Manager will be responsible for strategic planning, execution, and optimization of email campaigns that drive client (B2B) activation, increase revenue, and enhance client engagement.

This role is in office four days a week and remote one day a week (after an onboarding period).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns focusing on abandoned cart flows, sample conversion, win-back strategies, and upsell opportunities
• Leverage data analytics to enhance email segmentation, personalization, and automation
• Optimize customer acquisition through website sign-up forms and automated prospecting workflows
• Build dynamic email sequences tailored to key customer personas
• Oversee email automation and trigger-based campaigns based on customer behavior
• Analyze performance metrics and conduct A/B testing to refine strategies
• Manage customer segmentation and list hygiene in Klaviyo
• Create detailed reports and translate analytics into strategic recommendations
• Execute email content calendar aligned with product launches and promotional campaigns
• Craft engaging, storytelling-driven email campaigns that strengthen brand presence

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in email marketing, preferably in creative industry or consumer brand
• Experience in B2B marketing required
• Expertise in Klaviyo (required) and experience with Shopify (preferred)
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach to campaign optimization
• Proactive mindset with eagerness to explore new email marketing trends
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Analytics, and Adobe Creative Cloud
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and results-driven
