14026 – Early Stage Project Manager, Solar/Wind (Onsite) – Juno Beach, FL
Start Date : ASAP
Type: Temporary Project
Estimated Duration : 12 months with possible extensions
Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work.
Required:
• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Juno Beach, FL (required);
For 18074:
• Experience in related engineering and construction of renewable energy projects;
• Project management experience;
• Experience with high voltage and wind projects;
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management
Preferred:
• EPC wind experience
For 18069 and 18070:
• Financial and data analysis experience;
• Construction, Energy Industry, and/or Solar experience;
• Project management experience;
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Engineering
Responsibilities :
• Manage the early stage project support and daily coordination of Engineering, Estimating, Supply Chain and Construction resources through the pre-construction (Early Stage) activities for Wind and High Voltage projects within Engineering and Construction Division (E&C).
• Coordinate highly matrixed project development teams to ensure resources are focused on the right early stage activities.
• Ensure projects moving to the construction stage of development can be turned over to the construction Project Manager with an executable construction plan (including schedule, budget, risks & mitigations, etc.).
• Coordinate engineering, estimating and procurement teams.
• Develop the project’s technical scope.
• Coordinate with other project leads for environmental/regulatory permitting, land acquisition, interconnection support, scheduling, etc..
• Competitively source, select and contract geotechnical, survey, engineering and construction services
