Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Director of Marketing and Business Development to drive the promotion of our advanced, world-class technology products and spearhead new business opportunities globally. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial equipment applications and/or industrial processing marketing. Experience in materials mixing applications is highly desirable.

This dynamic, multi-functional role will focus on developing new markets and sales opportunities while expanding our business within existing industrial sectors. The Director of Marketing will be responsible for communications, customer insights, and branding, while the Business Development function will focus on identifying and securing new business avenues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing and branding strategies for new and existing products in collaboration with management, marketing, and sales teams.
  • Identify and pursue revenue opportunities within our current client base while actively seeking new business.
  • Analyze new market opportunities for existing products and identify potential new product offerings.
  • Manage marketing budgets, forecasts, and financial planning.
  • Utilize key marketing performance metrics to provide insights and recommendations for sales and marketing teams.
  • Lead efforts to generate leads and develop new business opportunities that drive revenue growth.
  • Foster relationships with key clients and industry partners to expand brand presence.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, including segmentation, testing, tracking, and analysis.
  • Manage the development and implementation of promotional strategies and marketing plans.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Attend and represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10 to 20 years of relevant experience in marketing and business development.
  • Proven success in senior marketing roles and in the execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and managerial skills.
  • Experience with digital and print marketing, content marketing, and social media strategies.
  • Ability to market complex industrial equipment applications effectively.
  • Expertise in SEO, SEM tools, and pay-per-click advertising.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to develop strategic market insights.
  • Demonstrated ability to listen to customer needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Experience working in a high-tech business environment with emerging technologies.
  • Strong team-building, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills and business acumen.
