SUMMARY

Gozney is seeking a Director of Key Accounts - North America , to shape and grow partnerships with leading retailers across the region. Reporting to the VP of North America Sales, this role offers the chance to lead a talented team, develop innovative sales strategies, and drive event activations that bring Gozney's products to life for customers.

You'll collaborate across teams to identify growth opportunities, design strategies that differentiate Gozney from competitors, and build lasting relationships with key partners. From analyzing market trends to executing contracts and mentoring your team, you'll play a pivotal role in driving success, increasing market share, and elevating Gozney's presence in the outdoor hardware and product space.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build, manage, and nurture relationships with key North American retailers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop a deep understanding of what drives door level velocity and sales growth through analytics, merchandizing, and marketing and then acting on that information to drive profitable sustainable growth.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue, market share, and profitability, differentiating Gozney from competitors.
  • Partner with the team to create compelling sales strategies, build specialized teams, and activate events to educate customers on Gozney products, driving retail success.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions and drive growth.
  • Identify new business opportunities within the existing account ecosystem and collaborate with cross-functional teams to capitalize on these opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Product Management and Marketing teams to ensure an integrated strategy across all product lines.
  • Negotiate and coordinate the execution of contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and customer requirements.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and market insights to senior management.
  • Establish performance metrics, manage the sales process, and provide accurate forecasts.
  • Partner with HR to support talent acquisition, development, evaluation, and training of the Key Accounts team.
  • Represent Gozney at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to promote our brand and build awareness.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • 7+ years of sales leadership experience in the North American market, preferably in the outdoor living, kitchenware, or related consumer goods industries.
  • Proven track record of leading and scaling successful sales teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Deep understanding of the North American retail landscape, sales channels, and customer preferences.
  • Exceptional relationship management skills with the ability to influence and negotiate with key stakeholders.
  • Outstanding business analytics skillset and business acumen.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth, meet targets, and deliver results.
  • Alignment with Gozney’s core values and a passion for creating exceptional customer experiences.
