💖 offe market is a new off-price retail marketplace where we sell excess and overstock inventory and pass the savings onto our customers (up to 80% off brands like Ganni, Baggu and Lisa Says Gah)! We're known as "Gen-Z's TJ Maxx".

Location: Los Angeles / Hybrid / or New York preferred

Responsibilities:

• ✨ Growth Marketing Strategies: Collaborate with our team to define our marketing strategies and priorities to drive Brand Awareness and Customer Acquisition
• ✨ Brand Strategy: Elevate the brand’s identity and messaging. Ensure a consistent brand aesthetic across all platforms. Explore opportunities to strengthen and expand our brand presence.
• ✨ Influencer and Ambassador Program: Develop and launch content creation opportunities with influencers and brand ambassadors
• ✨ Media Outreach and Brand Partnerships: Build relationships with media outlets and brands to optimize co-marketing opportunities and features
• ✨ Creative Production: Lead the creation and execution of integrated brand marketing campaigns, including digital, in-store, social media, PR, and traditional advertising
• ✨ Events and Activations: Develop and execute unique, brand-forward in-person activations to connect with our consumers
• ✨ Community Growth and Management: Engage with our consumers to drive returning customer repurchase rates and social sharing
• ✨ Optimize ad channels: Scope out new channels, test audiences and performance while optimizing budget and spend
• ✨ Reporting and analysis: Identify trends, assess performance, and make data-driven recommendations to drive sales through marketing

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• 3+ years in growth marketing preferably at a startup
• Creative and strategic thinker, ready to test and innovate
• Proactive, organized, data-driven, and results-oriented
• Passionate and knowledgeable about the retail industry
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field
