We’re seeking a Director of Business Intelligence to lead our data analytics and business intelligence strategy, transforming data into powerful insights that drive business growth and performance. This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll oversee a talented team of analytics professionals and work cross-functionally to shape how data drives decisions across the organization.

We’re looking for someone with a rare combination of technical expertise, business acumen, leadership skills — and crucially, experience in white space analysis to help us uncover untapped market and operational opportunities.

What You’ll Do:

✅ Shape Strategy & Insights

• Develop and execute a strategic analytics roadmap that aligns with company goals.
• Translate complex business challenges into actionable data solutions, including diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytics.
• Collaborate with leaders across commercial, operations, and other functions to provide benchmarking and data-driven recommendations that fuel growth.

✅ Deliver Impactful Analytics

• Oversee data collection, management, and analysis to drive performance improvements.
• Lead white space analysis to identify new growth opportunities, market gaps, and areas for expansion.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to measure the success of BI initiatives and report on progress to senior leadership.
• Ensure top-tier data quality, governance, security, and consistency across reporting.

✅ Lead & Develop Teams

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of BI and data analytics professionals.
• Foster a collaborative, data-driven culture throughout the organization.
• Provide clear goals, ongoing feedback, and career development opportunities for team members.

✅ Drive Innovation & Efficiency

• Collaborate with IT to evaluate and implement cutting-edge BI tools and technologies.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, M&A due diligence, and post-acquisition integration with robust analytics.
• Keep a pulse on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance our BI capabilities.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related discipline.
• 3+ years in a leadership role with a proven record of delivering business impact.
• Strong experience in white space analysis — identifying untapped markets and growth opportunities.
• Deep expertise in BI tools (Power BI preferred), SQL, ETL processes, and data management platforms.
• Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to transform complex data into actionable insights.
• Strong communicator with executive presence and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven success managing multiple complex projects in dynamic environments.
• Bonus: Experience with project management and agile methodologies.
