Job Description

Our client, a marketing and creative agency, is looking for a highly organized and motivated Digital Project Manager to oversee their travel client's digital projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure that all project goals are met on time and within budget while leading a team of designers and developers.

This role will be a 3+ month contract, starting at 20-25 hours per week. There is the potential increase up to 30-40 hours per week down the line. Most of the work can be done remotely, with some on site visits once in a while in Boston, MA.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of digital projects
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and success
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed
• Facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders
• Ensure quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle
• Utilize project management tools to track project performance

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management, particularly in digital and web environments
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Familiarity with design tools such as Figma is a plus
• Experience with project management software like Smartsuite is desirable
