• The Design Coordinator will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between Project Engineering Teams in the USA and the offshore delivery team.
• This position requires a good understanding of project requirements related to heavy material handling systems and effective coordination to ensure successful project delivery.
• The coordinator will facilitate seamless communication and collaboration between diverse engineering teams, driving efficiency and excellence in project outcomes.
• Key Responsibilities: Project Coordination: Coordinating between different Project Engineering team in USA & offshore deliver team.
• Resource Management: Ensure that the offshore team has everything they need to perform their tasks efficiently.
• Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between the onsite team and offshore team, ensuring clear and effective communication.
• Quality Control: Monitor the quality of work performed by the team, getting feedback from Project Engineering teams in USA & making sure offshore team following all quality standards.
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit regular progress reports to RGBSI Management Team .
• Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in heavy material handling systems.

Skills:

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Inventor Cad tool & Vault PDM.
• Experience in Weldment design, GD&T & electrical routing.
• Good knowledge in Design calculations & FEA (fundamentals)
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Education:

Minimum Master degree in mechanical engineering
