Job Description

We’re looking for a hands-on, results-driven Dealership Manager to take charge of our new location and drive its success from the ground up. In this role, you’ll oversee all aspects of sales operations, ensuring a seamless customer experience while managing the dealership’s profitability, growth, and daily operations.

As we expand, you’ll be responsible for building and leading the sales team, implementing efficient processes, and coordinating with our service providers and home office. If you’re a strong leader with automotive experience, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a passion for delivering results, this is the perfect opportunity to grow with us.

What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee the Branch Operation: Lead daily dealership activities with a focus on sales
  • Build & Develop a High-Performing Sales Team: Recruit, train, and motivate a results-driven salesforce
  • Drive Sales & Revenue Growth: Set & achieve sales targets while ensuring top-tier customer satisfaction
  • Manage Inventory & Forecasting: Monitor vehicle availability, demand, and local market trends
  • Ensure a Seamless Customer Experience: Maintain customer service standards and a strong follow-up process
  • Oversee Local Marketing & Advertising Efforts: Work with the marketing team to drive foot traffic & brand awareness
  • Monitor & Report Business Performance: Track key metrics, analyze financials, and adjust strategies for continuous growth
  • Ensure Compliance & Operational Efficiency: Uphold dealership policies, industry regulations, and best practices

What we are Looking For?

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proven experience in automotive sales management or dealership operations
  • Leadership experience – Ability to recruit, train, and manage a team effectively
  • Entrepreneurial mindset – Excited about building and scaling a new location
  • Strong business acumen & problem-solving skills to drive profitability
  • Excellent communication & customer service skills to enhance brand reputation
  • Ability to multitask & thrive in a fast-paced environment
