Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a meticulous and efficient Data Entry Specialist to join our growing team.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our

company data. You will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into

various systems, ensuring data quality, and supporting overall data management

operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter data from various sources, including but not limited to:
  • Paper documents (e.g., invoices, contracts, forms)
  • Electronic files (e.g., spreadsheets, databases, PDFs)
  • Verbal or recorded information
  • Maintain data entry quality by following established procedures and conducting regular

data checks for accuracy and completeness.

  • Update and maintain existing databases with new information.
  • Identify and resolve data entry errors and inconsistencies.
  • Assist with data cleaning and deduplication processes.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive data at all times.
  • Follow up cargo online, on the phone, by email.
  • Phone management.
  • Contribute to the improvement of data entry processes and workflows.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong typing skills with high accuracy and speed.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data entry software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to learn new software and procedures quickly.
  • Excellent data entry skills with a proven track record of accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with data entry 1 – 2 years.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of basic data validation techniques.
