We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team in a remote position based out of Jacksonville. This work-from-home opportunity allows you to contribute to our organization's data management needs while working remotely.

  • Input data into company databases and systems with high accuracy and efficiency
  • Verify and validate data to maintain data integrity
  • Process and organize physical and digital documents
  • Update and maintain data records
  • Review data for errors or inaccuracies
  • Sort and organize input data
  • Scan documents and enter information into designated databases
  • Perform regular data backups to ensure data preservation
  • Generate and prepare routine reports
  • Respond to data-related queries from team members

Qualifications

  • Proven typing speed of at least 50-60 words per minute
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 0-2 years of experience in data entry or similar role
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace for remote work
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Basic troubleshooting skills for common computer issues
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
