About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Coordinator to support our client's team in maintaining the integrity of our refinish color information. In this role, you will be responsible for managing lab panels, ensuring accurate match maintenance within our client's system, and supporting various projects related to color formulation. Your ability to manage data effectively and collaborate across teams will be essential to success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Electronic Formulation Tools (EFT) Support (40%) – Serve as a backup for EFT match maintenance, including final formulation, color verification, and ensuring accuracy of system data.
• Color Panel File Maintenance (30%) – Organize and maintain over 100,000+ color panels , ensuring easy retrieval for audits, color card production, and ongoing projects.
• Global & Local Lab Coordination (5%) – Collaborate with labs to identify, ship, receive, and catalog panels and associated data.
• Project Data Management (15%) – Track panel usage and needs through multiple spreadsheets to support ongoing projects.
• Database Updates (5%) – Assist in maintaining accurate model information within the GRID database.
• Team Support & Office Assistance (5%) – Provide administrative support to the team, including panel retrieval, vacation coverage, and overflow work as needed.

What You’ll Need:

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience managing data integrity or system processes.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Word .
