The Inventory Clerk has multiple responsibilities including tracking and reconciliation of inventory on a daily basis and general office support.
Responsibilities
• Reconcile daily raw material receiving totals
• Reconcile daily finished goods to production reports
• Work with Logistics Specialist to keep complete and accurate records of inventory, including product traceability program
• Cross training in full breadth of Logistics Specialist duties, including scheduling freight and invoicing
• General office administration duties, including handling phones, mail, and scanning
• Review and verify vendor invoices, including freight, maintenance, cleaning, and miscellaneous
Qualifications
The Inventory Specialist must be detail oriented and have strong organizational skills. This employee must also be able to follow instructions and work well as part of a team. The Inventory Specialist must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook. The Inventory Specialist must also have experience in Quickbooks.
